Jazz pianist and composer Peter Sarik commenced a unique initiative four years ago: he adapted the favourite songs of his audience to his own style. The concept became so successful in a short time in Hungary that the esteemed audience made a further request - they wished to enjoy their favorite hits on a CD, too. In November 2014 Peter Sarik Trio debuted the album entitled "Jazz request show 2" featuring the singer Myrtill Micheller. In the album's concept such classics of the past decades emerge in the guise of Jazz as "Forever Young" (Alphaville), "Sound of Silence" (Simon and Garfunkel), "Sweet Dreams" (Eurythmics) and "Your Love Is King" (Sade). The greatest hits of recent times can't be absent from the lineup either: beside "Virtual Insanity", "I Believe I Can Fly" (R. Kelly) was also adapted, as well as the composition by Saint-Saëns, "Swan", reminiscent of the distant past.
